WHAT’S THE PROBLEM?
When a typhoon hits the city, there are insufficient protective resources on the streets to shield people from injuries, and inadequate resources to prevent public facilities to be blown away and causing damages.
DESIGN OPPORTUNITY
How might we design reusable and accessible tools that empower civilians to protect themselves before and during the storm by providing protections to the city properties?
